Every custom rug is individually handcrafted, and as with all artisanal work, slight variations in color, texture, or size (up to two inches) are to be expected and celebrated as hallmarks of true craftsmanship. You have 48 hours from the time of placing your order to make any adjustments or cancellations. To request a change during this window, please contact our Client Services team at salesupport@safavieh.com. Once this period has passed, your order will enter production, and we will begin crafting your custom design with the utmost care. A 100% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. When your piece is complete, our team will coordinate delivery at your convenience. Estimated delivery time 15-17 weeks. Your order is made exclusively for you, ensuring that your piece is as unique as your home. While we take great pride in the quality and artistry of our products, Safavieh makes no warranty regarding suitability or merchantability for any specific purpose. Orders held for more than 30 days after notification of availability may incur storage fees. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, with any disputes resolved through binding arbitration. All agreements and modifications must be confirmed in writing.
