Standard Return Policy: Safavieh Shoppe – shop.safavieh.com

We at Safavieh Shoppe stand behind all of our products, but from time to time a situation is beyond our control and yours. In these instances, our no-stress return process will remedy the issue and ensure a positive shopping experience on shop.safavieh.com.

Return Policy

This return policy applies only to products marked as "Clearance" and purchased using the Clearnance Shopping Cart and Checkout on shop.safavieh.com. 

To return products purchased from a Safavieh retail partner using the Buy Now links on shop.safavieh.com contact the retailer directly and follow their return policy instructions.

Products can be returned up to 30 calendar days after purchase in exchange for a replacement or refund for your original purchase. All sales become final after 30 days. 

  • In cases "buyer’s remorse," meaning the purchased item(s) was processed correctly and was not damaged in any way, a shipping / handling fee of 25% will be applied. Return shipping charges in cases of buyer's remorse are the responsibility of the purchaser of the product(s). 
  • Shipped orders can not be canceled. Products delayed in reaching the intended shipping address are still considered "shipped" and cannot be canceled. 
  • If a delivery is refused, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. 
  • In the case of a damaged product, the purchaser must notify Safavieh Shoppe at cs@shop.safavieh.com within 30 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the damaged piece(s) before we can provide you with a replacement or replacement part.

To return an item, a customer service representative will provide you with a shipping label and information you’ll need to return the item to us.

Refunds typically take 14 business days once an item is returned.
