You have 48 hours from the time of placing your order to make any adjustments or cancellations. Once this period has passed, your order will enter production, and we will begin crafting your custom design with the utmost care. A 100% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. When your piece is complete, our team will coordinate delivery at your convenience. Estimated delivery time 15 - 17 weeks. Your order is made exclusively for you, ensuring that your piece is as unique as your home. While we take great pride in the quality and artistry of our products, Safavieh makes no warranty regarding suitability or merchantability for any specific purpose. Orders held for more than 30 days after notification of availability may incur storage fees. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, with any disputes resolved through binding arbitration. All agreements and modifications must be confirmed in writing.
