By accessing or using the Safavieh website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at customersupport@safavieh.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the site.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We strive to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and pricing accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the actual product. Pricing, promotions, and inventory are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these terms. If we cancel a paid order we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Orders, Payment & Shipping

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we send an order confirmation. Payment is processed at the time of order through our payment provider. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility, time windows, and procedures for returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to (a) misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation, (b) submit fraudulent or misleading information, (c) infringe the rights of others, or (d) use the site in violation of applicable law. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Safavieh and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
